This is a cool website. You can pick your state and some different years and add your name or whatever numbers you like, and it creates the license as it would have looked for that year. I just fooled around with it a little and after creating the plate I wanted, I right clicked on it and saved it. Then I inserted it in Word and stretched it bigger and printed it on a piece of photo stock. It won't take much to glue it to a piece of masonite and hang it on the back of a bike seat.
