This was the first bike i built from scratch ...about 6 months ago. Started with a 1980 Schwinn Cruiser frame and forks. Stripped the old crusty paint and sprayed it with Dupli Color Metal Specks Burnt Copper.(looks pretty kool...about as close a match to Schwinn coppertone as i could find in a rattle can

Added a bunch of old skool 80's BMX parts that i collected over several months....Araya 7x's, Diamond Back stem, GT bars, Takagi cranks/Sugino chainring, KKT lightning pedals, NOS Dia Compe caliper brake, had a Kashimax Aero seat, but opted for comfort instead of looks and went with the newer Viscount. I've since picked up some Sidewinder/King Sting bars and a 2-speed freewheel, but haven't put them on yet. Anyways here it is:
