Mystic Seaport, the museum of American and the sea, has just announced an addition to their summer calendar that we're all going to enjoy!
First annual Antique Bicycle Show
Mystic Seaport (http://www.mysticseaport.org/ ) will be hosting an Antique Bicycle Show and swap meet on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011.
Time: 9:00AM-5:00PM for general public
We will have a time line display of antique and vintage bikes.
Trophies at 1:00 PM.
Vendors can stay overnight in the parking lot, 75 Greenmanville Avenue (Rt. 27), Mystic CT 06335.
Vendors spaces are $35.00. Setup time 8:00AM for vendors. All vehicles must be off the grounds when the Seaport opens at 9:00AM.

I-95 S from Boston or Providence: Exit 90, turn left onto Rt. 27, Mystic Seaport is 1 mile south on the right. Parking on left at Seaport entrance.
I-95 N from New Haven or New York: Exit 90, turn right onto Rt. 27, Mystic Seaport is 1 mile south on the right. Parking on left at Seaport entrance.
I'll be there! Hope to see all you New England Rat Rodders there! This is going to be a big show, and it's the only big swap in Connecticut this year, since the New England Musclebike Museum shut down.
If there is interest, Bike New London will host a ride through Mystic the evening before. (Saturday, Sept. 10th). Contact us to participate in that at [email protected]
