I hosed it down and took a few more photos.
The seat is in pretty good shape with no rust underneath. Most of the chrome is in rough shape and the paint is bad in some places as well. I like the lettering of the chainguard.

The serial number is H06537474 and is located on the headtube.

How do you like the groovy "Good Time Gang" sticker?
