Interesting custom sport-tourer

late 70's or so Braxton from Missoula, Montana. 54cm frame, but the top tube is only 48cm ??!! brazed on rack with a flag holder, simplex, TA, brooks, campy, phil wood hubs and 'chp' pedals (i'd never heard of these, had to google them). super slack headtube angle, i think i have klunkers steeper than that!
