I need help ID'ing a Firestone pilot I have the serial numbe

Thanks in advance for helping me find out what l have.
Firestone Pilot ser# 178-o-9A5 ( last number might be a 3, it looks like the stamp may have jumped when they struck it) it looks like all numbers and letters are hand struck with individual stamps.

Welcome to the forum! Firestone had their bikes built by several different companies over the years, so, pics are the only way to narrow it down. I have one that's made by Murray around 1949. -Adam
