How to remove bearing cup cap??

Im working on a hawthorne and I've come across this bearing cup cap thing ive never seen before. Does it spin off? Threaded? If so its stuck!

Pops off ! Work the edges a little it will come right off be semi gentel tho they get dented easy

Thanks I thought about that but didnt want to damage it.

The ones I have like that , the whole thing unscrews just like the nut. I think that is
why there are grooves around the edge.

Makes scence...looks thicker than the ones I have taken off...mine were thin and came right off...that explains the groves
