I have straight blade forks I don't think that'll work for me the forks I have are flat I was thinking about notching an welding

Thanks I want a lowered stance on my wifes Western Flyer she is to short for a 26 an to tall for 24 tried a set back seat post but was to far from the handle bars an if moma aint happy nobody is happy
