How do I clear over airbrush?

I'm having an already factory painted frame professionally airbrushed. I understand he will have to scuff up the taped off part to be airbrushed. My question is, when it's complete how do I reclear coat the entire frame? Or do I only have to do the airbrushed portion. What is the best rattle can clear coat for this job?

hello. it's better if he's also the one to clearcoat it coz he knows what kind of paint to use. don't risk it spraying with a rattler unless you are sure that it won't have any adverse reaction or can tolerate what's underneath.
