Higgins Color Flow Serial Number

Hey guys. i got really lucky yesterday and picked up a Higgins Colorflow with the metal exhaust pipes on the tank. I found the serial number but there's no info on the WWW. Can someone help confirm date through the serial number? If I decide to sell it, I want to be sure of what I have, and the approximate value. Thanks in advance. serial number is 220361, stamped on the bottom of the crank tube. Will post more pics on FB.

On a JCH, the serial doesn't give any info. There should be other codes stamped above the serial, which usually tell the year. -Adam
