Do you have any pictures of the whole bike. Quite often "offbrands" were made by a major manufacture.

Unfortunately, the forks are bent back pretty badly, your toes will contact the front wheel as you turn.

Probably lower end with the pie plate protector on the rear wheel. But a nice bike to ride around.
