HELP!!!!

so im putting a skateboard togehter. and without thinking i used a course threaded nut on a fine axle and then i got that off a put a fine nut on it. then i relized that it wouldnt go on all the way so i went to take it off and now its stuck and its a brand new wheel thats on there :x :x any way any one know the best way to get a nut off of a stripped axle??? help is much appreciated.

ive seen this before, only way ive ever handled it is brute force and it results in a snapped axle 99% of the time. good luck

thaks i just gor it off i drilled out the axle..... at least i got a spare truck

Just for future reference, there's a tool called a nutcracker :mrgreen: , perfect for this problem. It looks similar to a micrometer, you tighten it on the nut and it breaks it. It works every time, IF you can get it in place.
