Hello from grand rapids

Hi, I'm schwinnmesa's father.Together we prolly have like 50 bikes or so now. About a month or so ago I scored a 1957 columbia at a church sale that I found out about from a girl at work. I got there late, the sale was going on for a few hours already and I was surprised to see as I walked into this huge room full of crap, out way in the distance was an old tank bicycle missing its front wheel that I cannot believe was still there.I shagged it for $10, and the ladies at the checkout couldn't believe I would spent money on such an atrocity. Heres pictures of it.

I had aquired a bike several years ago,tore it apart,put the parts in boxes,on a shelf,etc.....thinking I would soon get to it. Finally about 2 years ago I finally did, greased it up abit, got everything working nicely, noticing the youngest seemed kinda impressed......or suprised the old man could do something so cool.......... no matter, and we've been doin the bike thing ever since I'ts in schwinnmesa's avatar. It's been in the family since 1937. :shock:
