Headlight help

So io have this old 60's stand up lamp and it finally kicked the bucket. I know nothing about electronics so im gonna need some pointers in turning these into some top notch headlights!

Here is the finished product! Dont mind the mess and plate of ketchup haha. Its my workshop/dinning room/wifes sewing room! Going to paint the flashlights black tommorow.
