Nice bike. Your bike is built by Cleveland Welding Company (CWC) Its prewar, I don't have the numbers in front of me to decode it.

Morrow eclipse hub. It's a '48 Stylemaster and a '63 C-10. All she' getting I a good cleaning and possible waxing. First bike that I'll never strip.
