good haul 3/16

found 2bikes on CL last night.
One was for sale for 50, I got there, and saw a skip-toothed mans bike, fair condition. Snyder built? I got it for 30.

looks like it HAD a Beehive springer at one time. Anyone with parts to complete this?

then I traveled south to Connelsville and got the Shelby Traveler, lightweight for 15.

with a 3 speed hub

then bought a box for 25 dollars, that had 8 26" tubes,3 seats, a basket, an old chrome bar mount horn, 3 kickstands a generator light, and a few more things

found the major part for the front end today, plus a generic Schwinn spring. Will have to fabricate the bushings and pivots. Started tearing it apart. Not sure if im just gonna rat it, flat black with tan tires, or try to restore. Meh!

tore into the Traveler today. Gonna put road wheels on it, 10 speed it, and give it to my nephew Ryan. Guess Ill sell the rear wheel 3 speed. No coaster. Works well.
