I've found this gold stem on ebay US and the dude won't post to the UK.

Firstly, why are a lot of people trading bike stuff in the US not willing to ship international.
Secondly, would anyone be willing to accept this part and ship it to the UK for me.
I'm throwing it over to fellow Rat Rodders in the hope that I can get my first build complete and presented.
