What kind of grease does anyone recommend using when repacking hubs and headset bearings?

I use white lithium grease. And as a little tip- I have one of those "Cajun Injector" syringes without the needle on it that I fill with grease. It makes it easy to grease between the indvidual bearings, along races and anywhere else you need grease with no mess.

Thanks for the tip. I've been using white lithium grease too, but I wasn't sure if it was heavy enough. I'll definitely try the syringe trick!
