GAC, especial ladies cruiser

I picked this up for the sturmey 3 speed hub but after actually looking at it I don't know if I should rob parts? Is this worth anything or rare? I haven't found any info online. If anyone knows anything about this bike it would be much appreciated. Offers Could be accepted also.

I don't think the bike is rare in a $$$$$ way. It is only rare as they were not imported over here.

even if its not a super rare or whatever bike those always work good cleaned up for a wife or girlfriend.
