Newest build, sometime of 24" prewar frame built up using CWC and Schwinn parts.

Evans Commander, still not sure what year. I've been hunting one of these for a while... My buddy found one last week, and I immediately built it up rode it for the first time last night!

25" ape hangers on my foldie. Looks good from this view but 25" ape hangers on 20" wheels doesnt sound cool. Thinking of changing the front wheelset to a 26" so it rides like a chopper.

Recent upgrades include stenciled chain guard with matted clear coat simulating the Silver Mist color of the original Manta-Ray and an original Wald high-rise handlebar from a 1969(?) Sears girls banana seat bike (bought the bike for its handlebars).

Still experimenting with "quick change handlebars" on my not-terribly-vintage but sort-of-vintage-looking Schwinn:

I keep going back and forth between these crazy 25" ape hangers and (somewhat reasonable) 15" ape hangers. :)
Those are some serious apes!

Luke.
