Hey everybody, I'm new here and just wanted to share my current ride. It's a Huffy Panama Jack Bike that was a display at Walmart and due to sitting outside and rusting they were given to a friend of mine who in turn gave me one.

The day I got it, A little beat up and missing the chain guard and rear tube.

Tore it down rebuilt the hubs, cleaned it up and debadged it.

Since then it has gotten new Nirve baby apes, Velo leather grips, and have redone all the woodgrain panels with no logos. Springer forks and new fender struts coming in this week. A new saddle is also on my list, the stock one is horrible and it says Panama Jack lol.

Got it all buttoned up. Just need to mount the fender.

Was gonna cut the fork tube down but I liked the rise it added to the bars so I made a copper shim.

It made the steering a little twitchy. Just takes a few minutes to adjust. And do not take your hands off the handle bars lol. But it actually rides really well.

that looks awesome, will the rear rack support your weight?

what if you mount a bananna seat to it

it would be an awesome seating position

Yeah it will support my weight. Never really thought about the banana seat idea, but I wouldn't mind sitting a little farther back. Might have to give that idea a little thought, thanks.

Front fenders mounted and have a Bluetooth speaker that fits in the cup holder. Now she's ready to cruise around the neighborhood and out of state car shows we attend.

Bluetooth speakers are best as they are very safe and we can enjoy good sound quality. I do have a pair of them

How did you go about removing the logos from the "tank" panel? They look to be cleared over, but I really want to strip them off of mine...
