picked up this old tired Firestone Pilot last winter and its real hard to do anything with 24" bikes but I think this works
I added a road bike fork with a 26 x 1 3/8 tire on the front and in back I added a 24 x 3 tire
handlebars off an exercise bike
now I need to take it apart and give it a quick rattle can and shes ready to cruise!
