AMF muscle bikes are cool little rides. In that condition missing the ape hangers, lowers the value, but the paint looks good and the seat is killer, looks mostly there. I say somewhere in the ball park of $75-$150. At least that what I would try to spend on it.
Another member might have some more input.

In my experience bikes like this have to be in really good condition to be worth top dollar, or have to be %100 complete.

Your value in this bike is the seat. If it is not ripped or torn it could bring up to 100 dollars on a good day.

I agree. Along with the ape hanger bars, it's also missing the unique tiger-head grips...one of the other few items that distinguish these from a more common Skyrider.
