That turned out sweet!
Is it a 28 or a 26inch bike?
I want to build an omafiets in the near future for an artexhibition albeit with all of the parts that make it an 'omafiets': rack, fenders, skirts, etc. Customized ofcourse.
Don't forget, Oma loves her big tires and coaster brake! Oh, and a big basket up front!

Re: dutch custom

There are some new 28inch retrobikes being sold today fitted with BIG tires...
I wonder if those Big Apples from Schwalbe would fit the narrow fork and stays... Probably not, but they ARE 28inch. They come in cream also... And I just found out that SuusBikkShop in Eindhoven carries (regular I think) 28inch whitewalls...

Tell me if you've found cool tires.

i had an old lawnmower engine laying around and i always wanted to put it on a bike or something so after a few days the bike was motorized :D

i only need a chain a longer trotle cable and a new clutch(old one is damaged) and than i can have some fun

Its a shame the engine gets in the way of the pedals but I guess you don't have much room to work with. Looks like fun, I imagine it'll be a good bit faster and louder than those boring little spartamet motorbikes?

Looks cool 8) . But the frame can stand the power and vibrations . . .??!
