Dogleg crank ID

I saved these from the crusher.

I have no doubt these have never been built. I can't find a makers mark. They do have what appear to be identical model numbers.

The finish has a slight yellow tint to it, but I can't say with certainty it's nickel. Nickel or chrome, the finish stops at the threads.

Any help with ID would be appreciated. Thanks, Joe

The tapped holes for the pedals look a little "off" maybe they were "defective" BITD? Nice save from scrapper.
