I made a blank from a sheet of copper and used copper cookie cutters for the straps. I didn't rob the kitchen, I found the copper cookie cutters at a thrift store for 2 bucks. I hammered them flat and was able to shape them as they bend easily. I made the holes 3/16ths so when I find copper rivets I can change out the nuts and bolts. The wheels are the Jemima sets they sell here, these are 24" with Nirve FA 24 x 3 tires. They may get changed out for a set of copper wheels later. Also added was the Brooks B72 and old leather bag.
