I'm not sure I've ever seen a suspended stem before? That's got to make for an interesting ride...

It's not a suspended stem...it's a standard stem with a shock boot cover. Probably covering up some rust... :)

You have to know a little BMX to appreciate this one. This bike is worth GOOD money, but he seems to be missing most of the original pieces.
