Columbia made Goodyear?

I went back to the guy I bought my first bike from and picked this girls bike up. I am not sure what year it is, I was hoping someone on here might know a little more information about it and to tell me if it is worth anything? Also he has a "cheetos" bike (chopper style that is purple with spots). Would that be worth picking up as well? All his bikes need work, but they are always pretty cheap. It has 24 inch wheels on it, but I think it should have 26's because there is a lot of space between the tires and the fenders. Is that correct? Thanks[i

looks columbia built to me. probably not worth much being a girls bike in poor shape. Always good for parts if anything.

And it does look like it should have 26" rims
