I'm up to 15 stars. Started searching for the parts my bike was missing and found two more so... I bought them? I thought I'd get some parts off one but it's in nicer condition than the original. Dilemma. My columbia balloon tire collection is growing!

Those are fantastic! I'm about a week or so from my green 54' five star build to be complete. I'll post a few photos when I cross the finish line.

Kingfish has it right, these tanks are pretty sweet.

Yeah, I've seen those on the back before, but never mounted up front too. Mom must have really wanted Johnny to be protected on his paper route.

Kinda weird in that they're not connected to anything at the top and theyve just rubbed all the paint off the headtube. I was thinking about taking them off (both sets) but then I'd have a hole in the wishbone stay and the weird paint wear.

I've finished my 54 Five Star restoration. Turned out pretty sweet from where I started in June.
