Coaster Brake Conversion

Hi Guys,

New to wrenching on bikes and have a question. I have a free wheel cruiser with hand brakes and an old 3 speed huffy cruiser girls bike with hand brakes. I want to convert both to coaster brakes and ditch the 3 speed. Can I buy a rear wheel already set up with the coaster brake hub and install on both bikes? Or do I have to buy a hub and build a wheel? Really new to this so just need to know what this process entails.

shouldnt be a problem just getting a coaster rear(wheel) and swapping it out(unless theyre an odd ball size)
just standard 26x2.215 or 26x 1.75 wheels?

Yeah, standard size. Talked to my LBS and might have them order, just need to get a price. Any good websites for these wheels?
