Great job on the bike and quitting smoking, I'm doing the same, I been 3 weeks without a camel and It's tough to say the least.

After a couple months it get's easier..and now after almost 2 years, the smell just plain disgusts me..walked past a couple women that were smoking in front of a store..walked through it and about choked...it gets easier guys, just hang in there..and alot of hard candies helps...rootbeer barrels are my favorite.
