..childhood Christmas decorations

We were talking about this the other day at work. It seems most of my workmates parents still have decorations made by them from their childhood. I made a sheep for the nativity set at school when I was 9 years old. Brought it home and it still goes on the Christmas tree :lol:

Bearing in mind this is now 32 years old so it's lost some of its "coat", but here's my 8 legged sheep :lol:

Red Rabbit

This plastic red rabbit was purchased in a shop in Northwich perhaps in the early 1950s. It was always the first ornament on our tree and the last to come off the tree. When we moved to America all our nice glass ornaments were broken but red rabbit being plastic survived unscathed.
