After having the chain tensioner fall into the spokes , I decided on a better way . I cut the bracket, and brazed it sideways onto the wheel stay . Chain path is not square to dropouts . Start with a tack of braze . Install chain , tap bracket to align with chain path . When alignment is correct, remove roller wheel , and braze whole tab solid . [ see photos ]
