Thank you very much! That is actually in Calgary Alberta Canada, both pictures are just east of the downtown core in a community called Inglewood.
 
Thanks DC. It is an architecturally pleasing bridge. I hope it actually works. Thinking about how politics get entwined in public projects. Is it designed for vehicles and pedestrians or a "rail to trail" type of bridge? So basically people and bikes? Be Well, SS.

The bridge with the purple/teal lighting is a vehicle bridge over the Bow river with a dedicated bike lane and separate walking lane divided from traffic with a cement barrier. The picture with the white lighting is just a bike/pedestrian bridge that connects the path way system from Inglewood to East Village over the Elbow river.
