A Anonymous Guest Rating - 0% 0 0 0 Aug 28, 2011 #2 I got a new 16" front rim complete with tube and tire already installed for $20 bux at my LBS. A little kids BMX type bike is a good source too...I picked them out the trash. The only downside is they all had knobby tread tires.
