Why does the state not allow it? Licence as a home made air boat.

Because this is The People's Republik of Illinois? :roll: Air boats banned on Lake Shelbyville, a huge Corps of Engineers lake 2 mi. from my house with thousands of acres of shallow water. Simple minds need lots of rules. :x Gary
