Can't tell enough from the pic, but it does look to be in good condition. It's an american made bike, but the dropouts aren't that common. I think it's a good deal.
Contact the seller and ask.I think the headbadge is there.Looks like its been stored for years.I see a sticker on the frame but cant read.
Edit,,, I emailed the seller about what brand. No reply but thats nothing out of the ordinary with CL.
