I finished refurbishing the bike yesterday, right in time for winter weather. 
Yesterday was a sunny 70-80 now its 20-30's with a high chance of snow. So no action shots or videos of it running for a while.
I got the motor in a $+trade deal last spring and had it on other bikes since then. But last week I decided to give it a tune-up. So I re-greased the "gear box", replaced the roller, replaced the air filter, and removed the governor. And I decided it needed a more correct bike to be mounted on.
So I pulled out my 1967 Schwinn Typhoon last Friday and got working on it nonstop ( 3 day weekend ).
I was able to slap on the motor Saturday and attempt to get it running, but something was wrong with the throttle. And when I was trying to fix it, the ignition started having problems. So I'll be working on it all winter to hopefully be done by spring if nothing major is wrong.
But, I did manage to take some pics.
