I figured it was a cleveland welding company cause the numbers on the rear dropout.

Definitely Snyder, it should have the year reversed on the BB, something like "25 EH" would be a 52. EH might have been the initials of the builder, or maybe they were Canadian! :mrgreen: -Adam
