3 Speed hub question

After a five year hiatus, I've been cruising my Micargi Mustang for a couple of weeks now and I think I'd like to get a 3 speed internal hub for it and maintain the coaster brake. My original plan was to put a 144 spoke wheelset on it. Anyone know if 144's are available in that set up? Thanks in advance for your help and ideas.

Cool find! But 50 Euros? That comes out to what, about $75?

Thanks fellas! $75 for an adapter, plus the 3speed hub and the wheel... looks like this idea's adding up quickly!!! Any more links to other sources?
