You wouldn't happen to know where one could buy a pair of 26x 1 3/8" whitewalls (or fatter to still fit these wheels) would ya? Preferably cheap?

Scwhalbe makes some nice tires. You can only use that size.

If they are a Schwinn size 26 1 3/8" then you have to find other tires.
