2 Schwinns for my stable

Today I let an old westfield go that was way too much of a project for me. I traded it for these today

Schwinn Tiger with 2 speed red band kickback

Schwinn Typhoon with 2 speed yellow band kickback. I dont think these are original to the typhoon, I think the wheels are suppossed to be white. I'll have to do some research. It rides very nice and puts my Huffy to shame.

I have a typhoon with it's original chrome wheels & I have a couple other typhoons with white wheels.

I think toward the end Schwinn phased out the painted rims. They also made a Deluxe Typhoon and it for sure came with chorme rims. Gary
