Definitely an excellent find! Stu was like a childhood hero back then, well him and Radical Rick. But I can't for the life of me remember Rad Rick's sidekicks name.

I actually custom ordered a few pairs of Vans back in the early 80s from my local bike shop.
They had a big binder with all of the different patterns you could choose from.
Can't remember how long it took to get the shoes, but it seemed like forever!

Wow Ratrod! This bike is getting some love on Ebay! Congrat's! Kinda ironic-if you rode this in my neighborhood as a kid you would be open to much ridicule! I guess the dork's are better off then me now! :roll: :lol:
