This was my wifes rider for the past 7 years until her new bike showed up today! 
The wheelset and bell do NOT come with this bike sorry..(not original to bike; Nexus 7 speed laced to drop centers)
This bike is all original except for grips and pedals,I cleaned the bike years ago(didnt polish it) and could obviously use another cleaning..I can send pics of inside light if needed,if I remember correctly,it looks like its never had batteries in it right rear dropout has some paint peeling which I didnt notice until today
