Seems like I'm a dork.............. Looks like the head tube is the standard 1", while the cups that I thought were 1" are really 1-1/8"....So I will look for a scrap bike online to get headset for cheaper....

Yeah I saw that I need those, but I tried putting some on and they are a little bigger than the head tube. I will take pics and measure again...thanks Luke

Those bearings seem to be for a 1" fork.....I will double check tonight...

Guys, Please see pics of my custom frame someone made a while back. Not sure how he made it work but now I have to fix it. I thought it was a 1" pipe, but it seems smaller.....

It has a fiberglass seat plate with 1" foam and leopard print covering.....just removed for picture...

I thought the same thing, but this is the original design. I guess an option would be to use a goose neck and ape hangers.....

Guys, Check this frame out......pretty cool. I purchase as is but plan on doing some nice mods to it. It was a prototype frame from some bike builder from Hawaii. He sold his company to a major player and he retired. I am still looking for this information in case anyone has any leads.
