Just like Socal_Jack and your bike, mine is blue with red tires and has the same paint scheme, minus the gloss. I had not seen yours or his before. viewtopic.php?f=21&t=12607

The blue bike with the red tires. Do you have a build on it?

    Salvation Army Score

I like the color on the Huffy too. If I ever come across one that color I probably won't strip it. Sweet finds... ricky

    Just picked up another Cranbrook

Yeah. I have three other Huffy's. Two of them are boys and one girls. The boys bikes were bought new and the other girls bike that I have is a heavy trash day find. I am thinking of going with a solid color and solid colored tires kind of like the "Tow Vehicle". It won't be the same colors though.

    Just picked up another Cranbrook

I was out running around at lunch and drove by a Pawn shop. I usually don't have very good luck at Pawn shops. but I saw a couple of cruiser style bikes so I went up and checked them out. The first one was a Boss Cruiser, that was an old 80's possibly late 70's bike that looked pretty much...

    The Tow Vehicle

The tag-a-long actually has a freewheel on it. I will eventually have a chain but the only one I have here is red and it doesn't look right wih all of the other red.

    The Tow Vehicle

I got it out between the rain storms and took a couple of shots quickly so me, my wife and Bodie could take it out for a spin. There are still a few things that I need to find and the BB is still popping, but it rides and he likes it...

    Possible build off theme...

I was down in Galveston two weeks ago. I went to my shop that I get a lot of my parts at down there, Island Bicycle Company. He had a bicycle on the floor that was built for Galveston Ball High School Project Graduation. This bike was sick, it was built up yellow and purple, this is G Ball's...

    Torker Big-T

I went to one of my LBS this past weekend and saw one of the yellow Torker Big-T's with the sloping top tube. That bike is as sweet in person as it is in the pictures. The only thing was none of the guys at the shop were really thrilled about it. I guess there are enough Ti and carbon components...

    The Tow Vehicle

OK hopefully it won't rain tomorrow and I can get some pictures. Me and my four year old, Bodie, took it out for a test ride about 10:00 p.m. tonight. It rides sweet and he was diggin' it, but the Schwinn has something popping in the bottom bracket. It's probably the crappy bearing that I...

    The Tow Vehicle

What you can't see is my storage building in the backyard that you can't walk in becuase of bicycle frames hanging from all of the rafters  . Sometimes it's a task to get the moxer and yard stuff out. I try to keep the garage clean because that's actually another room of our house. It is a...

I like the Schwinn HD. Could be because I am building one as well. I saw the add in CL and was thinking about buying one for parts. Then I noticed in the next add the red one was gone. Nice bike. They are much lighter than I thought they would be, but mine doesn't have HD wheels.

    The Tow Vehicle

OK so I got most of the Schwinn HD together. I have the cranks, I just haven't put them on yet. This one actually turned out a lot better than I expected. I really like the stance and colors. This bike is surprisingly light. It is a Schwinn HD and is probably my lightest fat tire bike that I...

    The Tow Vehicle

OK so I've stripped painted and started putting it back together. I still haven't got an adapter to make the tag-a-long fit on my seatpost, but that shouldn't be hard to work out. It was designed for a much bigger post. The color is Krylon Oxford Blue Satin finish. I still haven't found a seat...
