Hi! Does anyone know if 7/8 or 1 inch handlebars are the same ? If not what are the difference. Will 1 inch bar fit into the stem which was made for a 7/8 bars? Please let me know anyone. Thanks!

Hi to everyone! Does anyone know what frame will look good (+ fit) on a Mongoose Dolomite ? The tire is 4 inch wide, so I'm looking for a cool vintage frame that can fit this wide tire. Ohh and I am new here, so I'm not sure if this posting is on right place. Thanks!
