Is it really anything more than a 24” or 26” diamond frame (old MTB would do fine), a reversed motocross saddle, a good quality straight BMX fork , some BMX bars and an e-bike kit?

The primary challenge would possibly be mounting the saddle, but that’s the worst of it, I would think

The biggest design issues I have with e-bike conversion in general (exploring this topic myself at the moment) has always been the awkward placement of the battery and controller.
Their placement ‘solves’ most of that for me (I can only assume the controller is tucked under the saddle).

Placing the battery there also ‘centers’ it’s weight.

Once I finish my current ‘retro-stretch’ cruiser and the 70s ‘garage chopper’, one of these will go into the ‘noggin’
