What am I supposed to say? Any old frame will do. Chasing "era' will cost a lot and take forever. I have a 52 Schwinn as my main Klunker, so I don't see why you need a pre-war frame. The goal is to have fun.
Thanks for all of the input! My worksman should be arriving any day, and I am finalizing the purchase of another old bike. That way I can ride one and work on the other at the same time. My goal is the fun too!! :)

Nope, the new math is (sN +1)-1. One less than spouse's N+1

Good choice for a Worksman lug frame over a Colson; many pre-war Colson frames that I have seen have braze repairs at the rear fork chain stays.
At this point I have a 41 Rollfast in the build process, and the Worksman INB should arrive any day, I think I'm covered for now. :)
