Anybody have any idea what era this would be?
It's got a skip tooth driver piece, but it all rotates as if its meant to be a left sided setup.
I can tell its super old only because the corrosion of the chrome plating, the set in rust and then how the hub looks.
I'm interested to know what it is, what it may have came off of and who might be interested in it.
If so, let me know. It'd have to be a local pick up kind of deal though. Will surely trade stuff for it as well.

My initial thought is that it has a drum brake setup and they're on the same size due to necessity, like this:

It looks like a morrow I'd seen before so I searched morrow hub images and this is the image similar to yours I came across. Not sure if it's the exact hub but it's close
